Company Policies
Minimum Orders:
Each
manufacturer has a minimum order, which you will find at
the top of each manufacturers catalog page. Please
adhere to the minimum orders. If your order is below
minimum, we will contact you.
Split Cases:
Orders are
shipped in full case quantities unless otherwise
specified on the catalog page.
Methods of Payment:
All
orders must be paid by Master Card or Visa unless
otherwise noted on the catalog page. If you have any
questions about payment, please contact our customer
service.
NOTE:
You
credit card will be charged by the manufacturer prior to
shipment. Gourmet Products, Inc. or Gourmet Products
USA, Inc. does not charge your credit card. We accept
your credit card information on a secure server. You may
always call us with your order and credit card if you
prefer not to use our on-line shopping
cart.
Back
Orders:
Please let us know if you have a
"no back orders" policy. Occasionally out-of-stock items
are back ordered and sent to you at a later
time.
Damaged
Shipments:
Please report all damage
immediately upon receipt to the carrier and then to the
manufacturer. Please keep all damaged products, boxes
and packing material so that the carrier can inspect the
damage.
Returns:
Please contact
the manufacturer regarding any items you wish to return.
Manufacturers have different return policies. Please do
not return any items without the manufacturer's prior
authorization.

Policy:

Products USA, Inc. is committed to protecting the
privacy of our customers. Gourmet Products, Inc. and
Gourmet Products USA, Inc. collects personal information
from our customers solely for the purpose of processing
and fulfilling our customer's orders. Information

manufacturers whose products you order. Gourmet
Products, Inc. and Gourmet Products USA, Inc. does not
rent, trade, sell or share any information regarding you
or your orders with any third parties.
