Shipping Information
Shipping Time: Most
orders are shipped within 2 - 3 days from receipt of
your order. During the busy months of November and
December, however, your order may ship within 3-5 days.
If you have a special situation and need an order
rushed, please call us at 800-541-2215, give us your
required delivery date, and we will do everything
possible to accommodate your needs.
Allow 3-6
business days for ground service transit to your
location. If you require your products sooner, please
let us know at the time of your order. Once your order
is shipped, we cannot alter the method of
shipment.
Shipping
Methods: Orders are shipped "best way,"
either UPS, Federal Express, USPS, or common
carrier, depending on the size of the order. All orders
are shipped ground service unless you request express
shipping. Express shipping requires your prior approval
of the shipping charges. We do not ship to PO Boxes, nor
do we ship outside of the United States. If you have a
special requirement, please call us.
Shipping & Handling
Charges: Shipping and handling charges
will not appear in your shopping cart when you check
out. Shipping and handling charges will be added to your
invoice after your order is packed and weighed. If you
need to approve the shipping charges prior to shipment,
please notify us.
Damaged
Shipments: Please report all damage
immediately upon receipt to the carrier and then to the
manufacturer. Please keep all damaged products, boxes
and packing material so that the carrier can inspect the
damage. |
